Return Process

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure the box is taped securely to protect the footwear during transit.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned boots, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
